Corporate Retail | Commissioned to design a renovation of a historic building, to suit a finance institution. Our team worked to develop a concept proposal and full spec BIM model. We measured and built a digital model of the existing building from the ground up. We developed a full renovation within the digital model which was presented in Virtual Reality (VR).
Industrial | Commissioned to design the relocation of a depot, we designed a modern iconic building that serves the logistic chain supply of goods to northern Eswatini. The building is designed to specifically meet the organizational flow of processes, and house product in a warehouse that holds consistent temperature. This building is sure to create a strong brand presence within the region.

Industrial & Commercial Architecture are | A major chain store expansion required an additional 2000m2 internal footprint to meet consumer demand. We partnered with local developers to increase 100+ parking, storage and retail space. Included in the master plan scope is a drive-thru fast food outlet.

Multi Residential | Commissioned to design 6 high end residential duplex units. Each double story unit has 4 generous bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a guest bathroom, full kitchen scullery and open plan living area. The outdoor entertainment area is a fully equipped with built in braai.

Multi Residential | Set on the Iconic Sibebe Rock hill side, we master planned and designed a residential estate to incorporate more than 10 dwelling units. We worked around the challenge and beauty of the rocky hillside landscape. A combination of houses and Cabins are nested and spread throughout 4Ha of land. Commercial Retail | Renovating existing unused space can be challenging on old buildings. Creating new walkable areas connecting to shop space will greatly improve the bus rank area of this CBD. This project created a drastic improvement in use of space and totally transformed the environment. We enjoy projects like this because they pose an opportunity to improve our cities by renovating existing buildings.

Off Grid | The loft house is an off grid self-sufficient cottage nested in the mountain side. At only 78m2 footprint, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and living area. The focal areas are the 52m2 outdoor living area which the family spends most of their time. The loft floor is made totally of timber and is occupied by 1 kids play bedroom, a family library and a full art room. The houses uses rain water, of which grey water is recycled for the garden, solar for lighting and gas for heating and cooking.

Landscape | In partnership with DU-Green Landscaping we undertook the design, detailed drawings, specification of the prestigious ICC FISH 5 Star Hotel and Conference Centre in Ezulwini. The project focus to create an “African-International” theme within the landscape by creating landscapes of walkable space, and meet the LEED 5Star Landscaping requirements.
